MSL Seattle Makes It 7 Straight with 5-3 Win
|
MSL Buffalo Ballpark was the site of a competitive game between the MSL Buffalo White Walkers and MSL Seattle Rocketeers.
The 5-3 MSL Seattle win over MSL Buffalo was due in large part to Manny Estrada. The Rocketeers second baseman went 2-4 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. The Rocketeers, now 13-6, have won 7 in a row.
Estrada had a game-changing home run in the top of the ninth. On a 2-1 fastball from Ramón Flores, he banged a 2-run home run to left-center, giving the Rocketeers a 5-3 lead. It was the 4th home run of the year for Estrada.
"I like our mindset right now," said MSL Seattle manager Mike Preston.
