Kingfishers Make It 4 Straight with 6-3 Win
|
The MSL Pittsburgh Kingfishers picked up a win at MSL Pittsburgh Ballpark, knocking off the MSL Cleveland Browns, 6-3. Starting pitcher Hyeong-ro Yi was a big reason why. MSL Pittsburgh reliever Jesús Aguilar picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Cristóbal Robles took the loss. The Kingfishers, now 11-5, have won 4 in a row.
Ming Que broke a 3-3 tie in the bottom of the seventh with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It put the Kingfishers in front, 4-3. For the game, Que drove in one run.
Yi attributed the win to "energy and focus on the part of everyone."
