Uruguayans Earn 3-2 Win Versus Hounds
|
Germantown Uruguayans starter Francisco Souza turned in a sterling performance against the Hicksville Hounds, leading his team to a slim 3-2 win. The Uruguayans go to 21-68 with the win.
Germantown used the clutch hitting of Daniel Keys to capture the win. The left fielder drilled a run-scoring double in the top of the tenth inning to give the Uruguayans the lead, 3-2. For the game, Keys had 1 single and 1 double in 5 at-bats.
