A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Long Island Lighthouse and Cleveland Browns.

The Long Island Lighthouse picked up a win at The Lighthouse, knocking off the Cleveland Browns, 5-2. On the mound for Long Island was right-hander Hsiao-lou Lei, who played a pivotal role in the win. Miguel Rodríguez was called on to finish, recording his 10th save.

A key moment came in the bottom of the fourth inning when Lighthouse center fielder Habib Othman socked a 1-2 fastball to center for a 2-run single, putting Long Island up, 4-2.

Lei called the win "a lesson in teamwork."

At 22-20, Long Island is in third place in the Silver League.
