Hounds Fall to Baby Lakers, 6-3
|
The Bompton Baby Lakers picked up a win at Field of the Browns, knocking off the Hicksville Hounds, 6-3. Starting pitcher Sjaak Est was a big reason why. Earning his 4th save for Bompton was José Vargas. The Baby Lakers now have a mark of 30-26.
Early in the game, center fielder Gustavo Satiro had a 2-run double for Bompton. It was his 9th double of the season and put the Baby Lakers on top, 2-0.
"I just tried to make good contact," said Satiro.
