Plattsburgh Park was the site for USSL Low A action featuring the Plattsburgh Puffer Fish and Bompton Baby Lakers.

Héctor Rea impressed in the 8-6 Bompton win over Plattsburgh. Rea, who is tied for 9th in the SA- in triples with 2, was 3 for 5 with 2 doubles. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2. Yan Velthuizen recorded his 3rd save for Bompton.

With Bompton leading 2-1 in the top of the fourth, Rea hit a changeup from Mario Noceda for a 2-run double. It was his 7th double of the season and put the Baby Lakers ahead, 4-1.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Rea.

The Baby Lakers' win now puts them at 24-19.
