The standout performance belonged to Flint pitcher and Puerto Padre, Cuba, native Orlando Sánchez. The win belongs to Tepoea Nohokai in relief. His record improves to 1-3. Luis Domínguez took the loss for Watford City. The Crush now have a record of 12-25.

Vincente Valentín, the 21-year old first baseman , had a direct impact on the outcome. Valentín contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the ninth inning to put Flint up, 5-4.
