Cong K's 11 En Route to 3-0 Baby Lakers Win

Bompton and Flint duked it out and the Baby Lakers came out victorious.
In a low-scoring affair between the Bompton Baby Lakers and the Flint Crush, pitcher Hang-ki Cong was the difference between victory and defeat. The Bompton right-hander earned accolades in the 3-0 Baby Lakers win. Norberto González locked down his 2nd save.
Cong, a native of Yenshui, Taiwan, was dealing all game. He kept Flint hitters off-balance, while giving the Baby Lakers 8 quality innings. Cong threw 102 pitches, allowing 4 hits and striking out 11.
"One win at a time, one game at a time. We try not to get too far ahead of ourselves," Cong told the Bompton Chronicle.
The Crush fall to 5-8 and continue their uninspiring start to the 2048 season.
