Baby Blues Win Thriller, 5-4

The home crowd was treated to a thrilling, walk-off win.
Behind a solid performance from shortstop Mibre Chipley, the Quebec City Baby Blues defeated the Ogallala Octopi, 5-4. Chipley was 5 for 6 with a double and 4 singles for the Baby Blues. Quebec City reliever Silvian Esser picked up the win, upping his record to 3-1. Patrick Davis was saddled with the loss.
The Baby Blues procured the win, in large part because of first baseman Marcos Iglecias. In the bottom of the tenth, he produced the game-winning run-scoring single.
"Big team win," Chipley said later.
Ogallala, at 15-25, has lost 4 straight.
