The Tulsa Otters topped the Hudsonville Flanderses, 6-2, in USPL Low A action at Hudsonville Park. The standout performance belonged to Tulsa pitcher and New Plymouth, New Zealand, native Cheng-qian Yue. The winning pitcher was Yue, now 3-2. He tossed 8 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 0 and fanning 3. Ben Frazier picked up the save for Tulsa, his 4th of the year.

In the top of the third, Dave Clark hit a run-scoring double. The 3rd double of the season for the Tulsa catcher put the Otters on top, 1-0.

"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Yue told the Tulsa Chronicle.
