Otters Trip Baby Blues, 2-1, in Extra Innings
The Tulsa Otters eked out a 2-1 win versus the Quebec City Baby Blues at Ballpark of Hughesville. Nobody did more than pitcher Cortez Aguila. He was terrific. The winner in relief was John Gibbons. The left-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 1.2 innings. He now owns a record of 1-1. The win leaves Tulsa with a record of 6-4.

The Otters relied on second baseman Carlos Paz for the game-winning hit. And, in the bottom of the 16th, he delivered, hitting a run-scoring double to seal the deal.

"This was a tough loss," said Quebec City manager Seth Rice. "It'll stick in my craw for a while."
