Comets Pull Off Thrilling 7-6 Win in Extras
The Kent Comets wiggled past the Delmarva Gallos, 7-6, at Fuller Park. The win was highlighted by the performance of Kent pitcher Gary Norman. Kent reliever Jin Chang was the winner. His record is now 2-1. Graham Weetman took the loss. Kent leads the Silver A by 6 games.

The Comets relied on second baseman Freddie Wilson for the game-winning hit. And, in the bottom of the 13th, he delivered, hitting a run-scoring single to seal the deal.

"This place was jumping at the end," Norman said.
