The Delmarva Gallos topped the Grand Forks Caterpillars, 3-2, in USSL Single A action at The Cage. The game was highlighted by the performance of Delmarva pitcher Ken Barrett. Jeff Filareta earned the win after being called from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed 2 runs on 5 hits in 3 innings. He upped his record to 1-0. Delmarva is 31-31 and Grand Forks, with the loss, 26-36.

The Gallos were down to their last out in the bottom of the ninth when second baseman Harrison Tudge turned a 0-1 fastball from Mike Thomas into a 2-run double. The walk-off double electrified the The Cage denizens and sent the Gallos home with a thrilling 3-2 win.
