Caterpillars Suffer 6-4 Loss to Gallos
Grand Forks first baseman David Cross had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Cross went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once, even as Delmarva beat the Caterpillars, 6-4. Graham Weetman finished the game for Delmarva and earned his 2nd save. The Gallos move to 14-13 with the win, while the Caterpillars drop to 9-18.

Francis Kersey tagged a home run off Roy Garfield in the bottom of the fourth. His 2-run blast put the Gallos on top, 3-2. In all, Kersey had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.
