Godfathers Lose By a Run at Yucca Valley, 3-2
|
In a low-scoring tilt between the Yucca Valley Yellows and the Pontiac Godfathers, Curt Stokes was the difference-maker. The Yucca Valley left-hander spearheaded the 3-2 win. Pontiac's current losing streak has reached 5 games.
In the bottom of the seventh, Yucca Valley center fielder Ahvo Holkeri hit a run-scoring single to left-center field. The clutch hit made it, 3-2, Yellows.
