The Cut Off Crawdads defeated the Washington Generals, 6-3, in M3L Single A action at Crawdads Field. Cut Off pitcher Jerry Gray had a standout performance. Gray got the win, improving to 4-5. He allowed 1 hit and walked 0 over 5 innings. Gray allowed no runs. Young-jae Chong notched his 23rd save in 24 chances.
Jean-Claude Leprêtre hit a run-scoring triple off Nathan Hamilton in the bottom of the first, which put the Crawdads in front, 1-0. Leprêtre had 1 single, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 2 for 5.
