Copeland Leads Expos to 5-0 Win Over Torch
|
Niagara Falls and Mancelona got after it at Waterfall Park.
Niagara Falls center fielder Randy Copeland had a 4-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Mancelona Torch, 5-0. The Expos improve their record to 35-47 with the win over Mancelona.
The game turned with two out in the bottom of the fourth when Copeland hit a grand slam home run. It propelled the Expos into the lead, 4-0.
Copeland told a Niagara Falls Times reporter that he was "gratified" with the win.
