Héctor Coríz was instrumental in his team's 7-4 triumph over the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles. The catcher was 2-4 with a home run. He scored 2 times and drove in 2 for the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks. Eitoku Tanaka finished the game for Ft. Polk South and earned his 2nd save. Ft. Polk South is now 26-32, Mercer Island 33-25.
