Eclipse Deal Turbeaus 2-1 Loss

The Northville Eclipse took Gulf Coast pitcher Luis Barrios's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Mobile Home Park. The final score had Northville getting past the Turbeaus, 2-1. Barrios went 7.1 innings and allowed 2 runs, striking out 5. Picking up the save was George Law, his 8th. The triumph puts Northville at 26-26 for the season.
It could have been a different outcome for Northville, had it not been for Tom Lenehan, the 25-year old center fielder . Lenehan contributed a solo home run in the top of the fourth inning to put Northville up, 2-0.
"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," Lenehan said.
