The Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks and starting pitcher Bob Archer stifled the Nuevo Mexico offense en route to a comfortable 10-2 win at Mariachi Band Shell. With the win, Ft. Polk South improves its record to 6-8.

The Mariachis had few good swings against Archer, the left-hander, who threw 78 pitches over 7 innings. He allowed just no runs on 2 hits.
