Bethesda Topples Billings, 6-4

Billings designated hitter Pakomio Alepeleke was sensational. He went 1-1 with a home run and was hit by a pitch, but it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Bethesda beat the Polar Bears, 6-4. Bethesda reliever Paul Stark picked up the win, upping his record to 3-1. Young-kwang Chong absorbed the loss. The win puts Bethesda at 33-57.
Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Luke Jarrom? The Bethesda catcher had a run-scoring single in the top of the sixth inning to put the Atoms on top, 6-4. For the game, Jarrom had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"In baseball, you have your ups and downs," said Billings manager Marvin Nelson. "You just try to stay level-headed the whole time."
