Fighting Imps Fall Short, 4-3, at Toledo
The Toledo Saboteurs picked up a win at Toledo Backyard Park, knocking off the Ithaca Fighting Imps, 4-3. On the mound for Toledo was left-hander Yuan Thian, who played a pivotal role in the win. Thian, the winner, moves to 7-5. He threw 8 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 9 and giving up 1 walk. Roy Crum recorded his 3rd save for Toledo.

The Saboteurs got a big at-bat from left fielder Carlos Núñez. For the game, Núñez was 1 for 4 with a double and a walk. In the bottom of the sixth, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 5th double of the season gave Toledo a 3-2 lead.

"It takes a lot of things to win a ballgame," said Toledo manager Will Thomas. "It's usually not just one thing."
