Toledo second baseman Nick Christensen contributed to his team's 5-2 win over the Akron Blimps. Christensen, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2046 draft, went 3 for 4 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Saboteurs. Cristo Sánchez recorded his 11th save for Toledo. Toledo is now 23-31.

Toledo relied on the hitting of Tony Silva to pick up the win. The shortstop clubbed a solo home run in the top of the second inning to put the Saboteurs on top, 2-0. For the game, Silva had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Christensen told a Toledo Citizen reporter. "Sometimes we just need to relax."
