Billings Gets 5-4 Win
The Ithaca Fighting Imps got a superb performance from third baseman Ricardo De Jesús. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Billings. The Polar Bears won the game, 5-4. De Jesús went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times. Getting the save was Hisham Daud, his 1st. Billings is now 12-11, while Ithaca is 11-12.

It could have been a different outcome for Billings, had it not been for Roberto Flores, the 24-year old shortstop . Flores contributed a run-scoring ground out in the top of the sixth inning to put Billings up, 5-2.

In postgame comments to the Billings Times, Flores said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."
