Fighting Imps Need Extra Innings to Top Polar Bears, 7-6
The Ithaca Fighting Imps overcame a fine performance by Billings first baseman Brian Keys to defeat the Polar Bears, 7-6, at Imps Park. Keys went 4-7 with 2 home runs and 2 doubles, while scoring 3 times and driving in 3. Ithaca currently is in 4th place in the Silver AA at 11-11.

The Fighting Imps procured the win, in large part because of designated hitter Armando Martínez. In the bottom of the 14th, he produced the game-winning run-scoring single.

"Exciting game to play in," said Martínez. "Getting the win makes it even better."
