Lake Minnetonka Love Boats starter Tim Reese pitched a strong game against the St. Petersburg Thunder at Baby Thunder Dome, leading the Love Boats to victory, 8-1. Lake Minnetonka now has a record of 36-34 with the win.

Lake Minnetonka used the bat of Andrew Wilson to capture the win. The center fielder jacked a 3-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Love Boats ahead, 3-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a dandy.

"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Wilson.
