Nationals Win at Lancaster, 6-3

The Ottawa Nationals defeated the Lancaster Farmers, 6-3, at Farmers Field. Ottawa right fielder Cam Lloyd had a superb performance. He went 1 for 2 with 2 walks. The Nationals now have a record of 16-9 with the win over Lancaster.
It could have been a different outcome for Ottawa, had it not been for Eric Welch, the 24-year old second baseman . Welch contributed a 2-run single in the top of the fourth inning to put Ottawa up, 4-3.
"We played a good game and came out on top," said Lloyd.
