Warriors Best Flyers in Pitching Duel

Forest City Warriors starter Marty Graham was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Pennsauken Flyers, 2-1. The winning pitcher was Graham, now 5-5. He tossed 8 innings of 4-hit ball, while walking 2 and fanning 4. Lance Mascola collected save number 3.
Ray Winters drew 1 walk in 4 plate appearances for Forest City. The 25-year old shortstop had a key at-bat in the bottom of the seventh. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 1-1 tie with a run-scoring walk off Fernando Marín. It was his 9th walk of the season.
