The Norfolk Pajaritos downed the Austin Black Mambas, 7-6, at Mamba Park. Paul Green led the way, going 2-for-4 for Norfolk. At 38-32, Norfolk is in 4th place in the Silver AAA.

Norfolk used a clutch hit from Norbert King to get the win. The center fielder drilled a solo home run in the top of the tenth inning to put the Pajaritos ahead, 7-6. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

In postgame comments to the Norfolk Observer, King said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."
