Polar Bears Topple Guinea Pigs, 7-2, as Gallardo Shines
A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Billings Polar Bears and Gwinnett Guinea Pigs.

The Billings Polar Bears beat the Gwinnett Guinea Pigs by a score of 7-2. Billings designated hitter Francisco Gallardo deserved the lion's share of the credit. Gallardo was 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk, while scoring 3 and driving in 3 for the Polar Bears. The winner was Nathan Sims, who threw 90 pitches over 6 innings. The right-hander was charged with 2 runs on 3 hits.
