Streaking Rainbeaus Win Another One, 6-1
Calgary had no answer for Kansas Rainbeaus hurler Bernard Miller, who overwhelmed Lynx hitters as the Rainbeaus coasted to victory, 6-1. Miller went 5 innings to notch the win. He scattered 4 hits, walked 6, and struck out 7. His record improves to 6-5. Gyu-hyun Chong was called on to finish, recording his 3rd save.

The Rainbeaus got an important contribution from third baseman Charles Stevenson, who in the bottom of the second punched a 2-1 curveball into right for a run-scoring double. It was his 3rd double of the season and put the Rainbeaus ahead, 2-0.

"We took advantage of our opportunities," Stevenson told the Kansas Daily. "It's as simple as that."

Calgary now has a 5-game losing streak.
