McCusker, Redlegs Too Much for Dodos
Jack McCusker made an impact in the 9-5 Sacramento win over Hialeah. McCusker belted 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. Ed Emery earned the win for Sacramento. He lasted 6.2 innings, allowing 1 run on 3 hits, while striking out 10. With the win, he raised his record to 9-0. Sacramento, at 45-24, is 4½ games up in the Premier AAA.

In the first inning, McCusker had a solo home run for Sacramento. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Redlegs on top, 2-0.
