Greene Hits 2 home runs in Rainbeaus Win
|
A 5-RBI performance from Cleaver Greene helped the Kansas Rainbeaus beat the Salt Lake City Buzz, 5-0. Stephen McQueen picked up the save, his 1st. The win puts Kansas at 6-3.
Kansas took a 5-0 lead on Greene's 3rd home run of the season. The grand slam home run, which he hit off Masao Myoga in the bottom of the sixth, propelled Kansas to the win.
"I really like what we did out there today," Greene said after the game.
