The performance of Imbart Baars proved critical in helping Hamilton beat Ellenburg, 8-3. The Coyotes first baseman was 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. With the win, Hamilton goes to 8-5.

Hamilton took a 6-3 lead on Dave Curtis's 4th double of the season. The bases-clearing double, which Curtis hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Ellenburg pitcher Herman Griffin shaking his head.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Baars told the Hamilton Times.
