Brass Lose to Knights in Walk Off

Nolensville picked up a win at Nolensville Park, bumping off the Baton Rouge Brass, 5-4. Pitcher Scotty Bingham was a major reason the Knights emerged victorious. Nolensville reliever Thomas Sangrey was the winner. His record is now 1-0. Tim Strong took the loss. Nolensville is now 4-6.
The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Nolensville trailing 4-3, Alejandro De La Cerdo hit a fastball from Tim Strong to left for a 2-run single. Just like that, the Knights had a walk-off win.
"This joint was rocking," said Bingham.
