Patriots Squelch Leviathan Offense in Shutout Win
Matsuo Ino left his imprint on the 5-0 Boston win against the Nova Scotia Leviathan. Ino, who finished 3rd in the PL in batting average with .329 in 2046, went 2-3 with 2 doubles. Jeremy Gonzáles, credited with the win, is now 1-1. He allowed no runs on 1 hit. The Patriots, at 11-12, sit in 7th place in the Premier League.

Early in the game, catcher Salvador Ortega had a 2-run double for Boston. It was his 3rd double of the season and put the Patriots on top, 2-0.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Ortega told the Boston Observer.
