Moose Jaw Right Fielder Nets 3R Award Monday, August 12th , 2047 Akihiro Ito is respected by most Moose Jaw Canucks fans for his no-frills style of play. The 18-year-old right fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the M3L Rookie Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .545 average (12-for-22) with 1 home run, 6 RBIs and 4 runs scored. So far this year Ito has 10 home runs and a .338 batting average. |
