Estribera's Hit Streak Soars to 20 Games Thursday, August 1st , 2047 Takechi Estribera's bat has been smoking lately, and it continued today as he went 2-for-3 in a 4-3 Surprise Shockers triumph over the Moose Jaw Canucks at Shockers Field. The 20-year-old first baseman has now hit safely in 20 consecutive games for the Shockers. Takechi Estribera hit an RBI single in the 1st, walked in the 3rd, singled in the 6th and grounded out in the 7th. Hitting .319 to date, Estribera has 3 home runs and 30 RBIs.
