USPL Double A Names Top Player Monday, July 29th , 2047 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the USPL Double A, but last week Alexander Karshev of the Bethesda Atoms reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Karshev rocked opposing pitching for a .353 average (6-for-17), 2 home runs and 6 RBIs to come away with the award. This year Karshev has socked 13 hits in 50 at-bats for a .260 average with 3 home runs. He is getting on base at a .339 pace and his totals also include 8 RBIs and 8 runs scored. |
