Marquette Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Sunday, September 1st , 2047 It's back to the drawing board for the Marquette Miners. The club's efforts at building a championship contender fell short this year, as the team was officially eliminated from playoff contention today. The Miners have missed the playoffs 10 times in their 13 years as a USSL Double A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 6th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2031. Marquette last won the SL AA Championship in 2027. |
