Hanson Bags SAA Best Player Award Monday, August 5th , 2047 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the USSL Double A, but last week Jim Hanson of the Tacoma Fur Traders reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Hanson rocked opposing pitching for a .500 average (9-for-18), 4 home runs and 10 RBIs to come away with the award. This season Hanson is batting .258 with 22 RBIs, 28 runs scored and 7 home runs. |
