May's Best Starter Named in 3AA Saturday, June 1st , 2047 Rich Roberts of Akron excelled on the mound in May with a 5-0 record and was named the Pitcher of the Month in the M3L Double A. Roberts restricted opposing batters to 15 base hits and a .139 batting average. He rang up 28 strikeouts in 32.2 innings of work, surrendered 11 walks, and fashioned a 1.10 ERA. |
