Golden Cranes Top Brass in 3L AAA Championship Wednesday, September 25th , 2047 The Santa Barbara Golden Cranes ignited a huge celebration as they beat the Baton Rouge Brass 7-1 to win the 3L AAA Championship. Santa Barbara won the series 2-1, capturing the title for the 3rd time. "We stepped it up at the right time, and now we're the champs," said Santa Barbara manager Frank Glass. "It's a great feeling." The champs finished the regular season 61-42 and claimed second place in the Menard's AAA. In the jubilant clubhouse after the decisive game, series MVP and catcher Joy-shan Tung said the Golden Cranes have "great fans and they deserve this."
