Hay Picks Up Best 3L Batter Honors for August Sunday, September 1st , 2047 Kolby Hay said it was "focus and determination" that led him to winning the August Batter of the Month award for the Menard's Third League. Whatever it was, the Ft. Worth second baseman could not be denied, hitting .386 with 6 home runs, 21 RBIs and 14 runs scored to round out his great month. So far this season, Hay has recorded a .283 batting average with 97 hits, 14 home runs, 61 RBIs, 49 runs scored and a .348 OBP. |
