Jump Week's #1 Player Monday, August 12th , 2047 So far in his young career, Gage Jump has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the USPL Single A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 22-year-old Myrtle Beach Seahawks center fielder hit at a torrid .389 clip as he collected 7 hits in 18 at-bats, 1 home run, 5 RBIs and 4 runs scored. On the year Jump has hit .197 with 10 home runs, 36 RBIs and scored 37 runs. |
