Valdéz Fashions Shutout Against Chicago Friday, July 5th , 2047 The Chicago Tula ran into a buzzsaw at Ramblers Ballpark today as Idaho Falls Chukars starter Jorge Valdéz cut them down to size, 8-0, tossing a 2-hit shutout. "That's one thing that has never changed in this game -- pitching can control hitting," Chukars manager Jorge Silva told reporters after the game. "Jorge knows exactly what he's doing.
