PA's #1 Starter is Corrigan Monday, July 1st , 2047 Chicago Tula starter Arthur Corrigan has collected the USPL Single A Pitcher of the Month award for a run of lights-out performances. "This town really appreciates it when you're going well," said Corrigan. "They might boo you when you're getting knocked around, but they love you when you're mowin' them down." In June the 20-year-old compiled a 3-1 record in 5 starts with a 1.18 ERA. He threw 38 innings, fanning 36 while walking 8. This season Corrigan has a 5-1 record with a 1.96 ERA. |
