Yellows Samurakami Named SA's #1 Player Monday, August 26th , 2047 Okakura Samurakami demonstrated his potential to be a star in the game last week and today he took home the USSL Single A Player of the Week Award. The Yucca Valley second baseman wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .520 average (13-for-25) with no home runs and 11 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor. This year Samurakami is batting .299 with 1 home run and 36 RBIs. |
