SA's Star Player Named Monday, June 24th , 2047 So far in his young career, Shi-ping Le has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the USSL Single A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 21-year-old Washington Generals second baseman hit at a torrid .375 clip as he collected 9 hits in 24 at-bats, 3 home runs, 10 RBIs and 5 runs scored. Batting .218 to date, Le has 9 home runs and 24 RBIs. |
