No Late-Season Magic Coming: Cut Off Out of Playoffs Tuesday, September 3rd , 2047 The Cut Off Crawdads season has ultimately ended in disappointment. After staying in the hunt until the final days of the season, Cut Off has now been officially eliminated from playoff qualification. "We were so close," starting pitcher Jeff Lynch said wistfully. This is the club's 3rd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2044.In total, the Crawdads have missed the playoffs 14 times in their 16-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Crawdads have made the playoffs 2 times. Cut Off has won the 3L A Championship 3 times in their history. |
